Introduce CTI integration with MS Teams client and WxCC Agent Desktop

when agents are on MS Teams calls, they are not available for WxCC contact routing but this status is not visible to WxCC as there is no integration today. This results in getting contact center calls assigned to busy agents, at the end client calls are rejected or failed, which impacts our service level.
The request is to integrate MS Teams status with WxCC Agent availability status and sync both. This will prevent routing contact center calls to busy agents on MS Teams.
