Currently when I receive a call on Webex, if the App on my cell phone is not open, my phone will not ring, only the PC app. If the app is open on my cell phone, both will ring.
For iPhone, this should work, if it doesn't work, please open a support case to check what's the problem
For Android, You need enable Google push notification, please check your CUCM version to see whether the version support Google push notification or now
