I think it would be nice to have a way to integrate customized forms inside webex. There are spaces/subspaces that were created for specific purpose (e.g. Incident Chat, MR 2000, AOID Consolidation) these chatrooms requires specific fields that needs to be provided by the webex user (examples: Company Code/Svc Center, Brief Description of Issue, Error Message etc).

Forms will be helpful in organizing the data input/inquiry from the webex users. And I hope that through forms integrations in webex we can come up with reporting/analytics that can be exported by the chat administrators for data analysis/interpretations.
