When scheduling a Webinar the host to receive also the e-mail for the attendees.

When the host schedules a Webinar to be able to receive an e-mail to forward to the attendees through which to join in the meeting.

    if you log into your webex site, under your preferences > scheduling, you should see the option to "send a copy of the invite to me" that typically will send you a copy of any meeting or webinar that you schedule that is titled "send to attendees"
