When a user uploads their profile picture directly from the Webex desktop app, the picture is adjusted to meet the criteria for the avatar.
Once this user joins a Webex Meeting, the avatar photo will be enlarged and will look pixelated and reduced in quality.
If the same photo is uploaded to the Webex site (*.webex.com) the issue is resolved and when in a meeting, the user profile photo displays with the full quality image.
We believe having the option to upload the profile picture in the Webex site directly from the app in the full quality will be useful for new users, who won't need to perform this step twice.
