When I organise a meeting and send personalised emails to potential attendees, I know in my email database their email of course, but also their first name, last name, and maybe more info.

Instead of asking them to fill all this in the registration form, I could add these details to the Webex registration link if Webex would read them and fill the fields accordingly.
