Internal Organization "Chat" Permissions

We should have the ability to "keep" certain groups from talking with other groups. There is an idea already on the board called "Ability to have Webex Teams Spaces based on AD Distribution Groups" (https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-1368) and if this happens, we should be able to have a matrix permission between the AD Groups.

For example...

To…

IT

RAD

Call Center

From..

IT

n/a

YES

YES

RAD

NO

n/a

NO

Call Center

NO

YES

n/a

In this permission list, the IT Team can start a communication with the RAD and Call Center team. The RAD team can not start one with IT or the Call Center. The Call Center team can start one with the RAD team, but not IT. Even if they are in their own "team" to be synced into, they can not talk to a member outside the team space and start a conversation unless they (the group) or induvial has that permissions. The induvial might be a supervisor of the "team" and yes, I want them to talk with IT for escalations, etc.

Permissions on the users could be (in layman) user can join any space in the team, talk to any member in the team, but not anyone outside their team, unless the person outside starts a conversation and then "ends" the conversation to prevent it from continuing.

Idea "There should be a way for admin to see all of the Active spaces and users." (https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-6340) has to deal with the above as well to allow admins to get in there and troubleshoot an issue but also review anything that is going on.
