Unified call log for WebEx calling and CUCM between user endpoints on WebEx app

Currently, call logs for CUCM are local to the endpoints (phones or soft clients). When using the WebEx app, specifically the calling feature on hybrid calling/CUCM environments, the user only sees placed, received and missed calls in the context of the endpoint used. Ultimately, the user is not able to return missed calls, or check placed or received calls in an unified way throughout all of its registered endpoints. When changing between physical handset, WebEx app mobile application or WebEx app desktop application (as it is the nature of mobile working), the information of the call log for CUCM calls is not accurate/synced.
