Add a toggle that allows users to switch

Add a toggle that allows users to switch between standalone and USB functionality while the room kit is attached to a computer.

I have been using a Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini as my main web conferencing device for about 1 year. There are times when I need to use it as a standalone device and other times when I need to use it as a USB webcam with my desktop. When used a USB webcam the touch 10 attached to the mini displays the USB symbol and states, “You can now use this device as an external camera on your computer” and you lose the ability to easily use the room kit as a standalone device. I am now required to unplug the room kit from my computer to use it as a standalone device. Please update the room kit to allow for dual webcam and standalone usage by adding the ability to call, share or join meetings while connected to a computer. I would like to use the room kit as a webcam or as a standalone device while it is still plugged into my computer.
