Option to Easily Screenshot Webex screen

Users often screenshot or use the snipping tool to take images from a Webex meeting screen. This is often done in place of notetaking so participants can review important information presented in a slide deck or other document. Additionally, users also do this for fun activities like group photos.

This idea is inclusive of the following capabilities:

  • Capturing screen shares in app with the click of a button

  • Allowing the meeting host to disable or enable this feature

  • Capturing images of all on-screen participants

Lastly, there's an option to expand this with more "photo booth" like abilities, such as creating a "shutter sound" for group photos as well as an option for more animations.

    >Capturing screen shares in app with the click of a button

During a meeting, a user should be able to capture multiple screenshots (e.g. of various slides from a shared presentation) by hitting the click of a button multiple times. And only when you leave the meeting, or when the meeting has ended, a visual prompt should appear where all screenshots taken should be shown in a grid or roll layout. This prompt is to allow you to quickly review and remove any duplicates before you are allowed to save the screenshot deck to a local file (e.g. as a pdf, or something similar).

This also means that when taking screenshot, you should have the option of either grabbing the presenter's window, or the entire view of all participants.
