It's 2022 and majority of office users for years prefer 2 monitor setup for productivity. This device as far as I know supports only one.

There are more usb c ports on the device. Could it possibly extend second one too via that one usb c wire?

I can imagine it is a big dealbreaker for a lot of enterprise users. For us it is. I would not engage with this device if people simply cannot connect their 2 monitors. I can see Cisco loosing a lot of customers going somewhere elsewhere because of this.

Nobody wants to use laptop screen for work, it is just too small for the office.
