User Community Feedback

Currently, an Attendee can only join a meeting up to 15 minutes before the start time in WebEx Meeting. There needs to be option to increase this to up to one hour. Better yet, Attendees should be able to join a meeting at anytime before that “start time”. This would be great for Attendees to test their system a day before the meeting. For my VIP meetings, I schedule a "Connectivity" test to make sure there are not any last minute connection problems. It is a great waste of my time doing this for VIP meeting when they could just log on a day or two early for testing their companies firewall.
