Large, multi-domain campus needs to manage Contract changes on a daily basis with 100% automation (dozens of change daily).

Yes, indeed we need contacts to be automatically filled in from our identity management system over API.

I just say the blueprint for personal contacts. Usually this means they are close to releasing.

Any idea on when user contacts will be included as well?

This API is in the final phases before rollout. The scope is that of org contacts. These are contacts that are relevant to many people in the org. There is also the concept of group contacts. Notably excluded are user contacts from this release.

This feature is key if you have a close relationship with another org and want a good UI experience for users without them having to know the fully qualified email. To keep this up to date, you need an automated process that allows these lists to be current.

We need this API to be built to synchronize with another system that provides department contacts in our organization.

Integration and seamless synchronisation are major requirements of our users!

I agree with everyone commenting here, contact sources in Webex are a major hurdle to migrate from Jabber to Webex !

We need an interface between out identity management und Webex. Please implement timely.

we really need the contacts to be filled from our Identiy Management System. This is a big show stopper for implementing webex calling! Please consider implementing this in near future!

Jabber allowed storing its contacts in XML so we could have a company contact list and send it to everyone. With webex this is not possible, but we could have this with an API for contacts.

Totally agree! This is such a basic feature, not sure why it isn't implemented.
