Prevent unwanted screen recording by 3rd party apps from participants

Keeping in mind that confidential data is being shared and discussed in meetings, having the following or at least one of them will be really good for security measures:

Notify if anyone from the meeting is using another app to record their screen.
Make Webex appear blank if permission is not granted to a third-party recording app and/or participant (the same way you can choose in Webex which app to share and the rest is blank). This should be a setting.
