Call answered elsewhere - still reported as missed call on webex app

When an agent answers the call from a queue, all other agents on webex see the call as missed.

Although, Webex receives the CANCEL with reason "call completed elsewhere", it appears to ignore that info and still show the call as missed.

This was not the case on Communicator.

    This is should be regarded as a fault not a request to enhance the product!
