Wondering about the fact that it isn't possible to schedule a meeting with an anonymous Link through the Webex app.
Could you please provide a use case? We are not certain of what you mean by an "anonymous link."
Thank you for the response: the Anonymous Link refers to just a dynamic meeting number or one-time meeting link (https://<site>.webex.com/<site>/j.php?MTID=<hash>) as opposed to the Personal Room meeting link (https://<site>.webex.com/join/<username>).
The Webex app allows you to schedule meetings currently today using one-time as long as you do not cross-launch to Outlook. Cross-launch to Outlook is a flow where we cannot receive updates on what happens after the cross-launch. The user might make changes to the date, time, subject, or invitees in Outlook and that might never be reflected in the Webex back-end.
Hello thx for your response.
Actually, if an employer want to send an invitation, the generated link looks like
https://staatstheater-braunschweig.webex.com/meet/johnsmith
With the older WebEx Meeting App, it was possible to send linvitations like this
https://staatstheater-braunschweig.webex.com/staatstheater-braunschweig/j.php?MTID=m1a3d1de62a9f610219b9fabf04d5207z
It doesn't matter, if you send it via Outlook (WebEx Productivity Addon) or via WebEx directly.
Thanks for your support:)
Kind Regards,
M.G.
