Create option to delete meetings from users that left an organization and that were set as deactivated accounts or were deleted.

Currently, if a person isn't using Outlook integration for Webex, and they are a participant in a meeting created by someone else (either in their own Webex org or a different one), if the meeting creator leaves without cancelling their Webex meetings then the participants have no way to remove the meeting from their Webex calendar.

For one-off meetings this isn't too bad, but if you have recurring weekly meetings this is a long-term annoyance (pop-ups for meetings that don't exist anymore).

Suggested by TAC to create this request.
