in the future, In order to prevent problems that will occur when deleting the webex app,

customer hope that the deletion tool will be prepared in advance

This is causing a ton of problems internally due to how the automatic update feature works and how frequently older versions are deprecated. Not to mention how the application installation methods have changed over the years. it is a mess. the version of the application stored in the registry only shows what was installed from the MSI installer, it does not track with automatic updates, We have a mess of "Webex Teams" and "Webex" application names out there in our system inventory tools. A Clean up utility similar to the WBS Removal Tool is drastically needed.
