Device deletions needs to be logged in Control Hub Admin audit report.

Currently if the devices are deleted from control hub, they are not audited. As per current design when deleting a workspace, device management implicitly deletes all devices in it, so it only sends an audit event for the workspace deletion.
Customer is looking for enhancement so such device deletions are available in control hub admin audit report.
