Change the appearance of the Navigation Pane

Like in Cisco Jabber I am able to Minimize the Navigation Pane, so that with a single click I can open and close the pane to not display the Messaging, Teams, Contacts or calling view. I would like to just be able to display the contacts and online status as with Cisco Jabber
