Centralized Recording Store

It would be much easier to manage recordings (e.g. greetings and prompts) if they were stored in a central location. Ideally they could be assigned to Auto Attendants, Hunt Groups, Queues etc. from there, in addition to being able to assign them as it is today from the Queue, Hunt, etc. Enabling the ability to download recordings would also be helpful.
