Now that Webex Teams has the ability for adding in groups with your contacts in these groups there should be an easy way to chat with members of those groups.

When I am on the messaging tab there currently is "All", "People", "Spaces". You should add in "Groups" as well so you can filter by groups. This would make it really easy to find your contacts without having to add them all to favorites.
