Phone user can log out of huntgroup, to make himself/herself unavailable, but this needs to be done on ALL his/her devices. So, if user as a desk (Physical) phone, and Webex phone on PC and a Webex phone on mobile, the logout needs to be done each.
It will be great to provide an option to log out of all devices in one step.
It is quite unlikely that availability (to answer calls) is device dependent.
Thanks,
Baktha Muralidharan
Yes, that would be reasonable. Can we do the same thing on SEP devices as well, but perhaps, prompt the user for confirmation?
With the pandemic, users have desk phones in the office, while they may be working from home. Being able to log in and out of huntgroups across all devices will be an extremely helpful, and minimize delays experienced by callers.
THanks,
Baktha

UCM toggles Hunt Group active/inactive on a per-device basis, not per-line. Toggling Hunt Group on a device affects the status of call receiving on all the lines associated with that device. So propagating this toggle from the Webex App to other associated devices could be tricky if line associations vary from device to device.
Maybe a way to Implement this would be across devices that share the same Owner User ID as the CSF/TCT/BOT/TAB making the toggle request?
