Individual mute functionality in groups

In large groups (especially entire departments) there can be individuals who "spam" / overshare and the only option users have is to mute the entire group. Muting the entire group can lead to missing out on important messages. Procedurally, those that overshare may be following communication policies, but the updates may not be important to the user.
