User Community Feedback

I have a number of conversations going on with a number of contacts. Within the conversations themselves, the scrolling up and down is smooth when I use the mouse-wheel... but to the left, where I select a contact/conversation - the mouse-wheel scrolling is very abrupt, herky jerky and it's surprisingly difficult for the eye to find what you're looking for. Everything just instantly shifts upward or downward a few spots and it's hard to follow and scan for what/who you're looking for. I end up scrolling up and down looking for that one person... even when they're right in front of my face. It's a minor usability annoyance but probably an easy fix? Please fix it.
