Webex Virtual Background Improvements

Webex needs to improve virtual background quality. The quality is just not there compared to using Zoom and MS Teams background. I have so many users who say how bad the backgrounds comes across in Webex compared to Zoom and MS Teams and I have to agree. I can use a Zoom background with no green screen at all and it looks so much better than Webex. Your competitors are really outpacing you in this area. The average user is just not going to go out and buy and hang a green screen. I know you may not think it is that important but your customers think otherwise and I think Cisco figured that out after we all emphasized how Cisco needed to catch up and offer virtual backgrounds when the world went into pandemic mode. I understand lighting and your actual background play a role in all this but all I can say is I have the same lighting and background and Zoom and MS Teams seem to handle it fine without cutting off my head, ghosting me, show animated fuzziness around my outline, etc. You are offering many great features but please try to improve this offering.
