Make the Join button always available in the Desktop application, even for Meetings scheduled from the Website

When scheduling a meeting from the Web version, the Join button is not appearing until 5 minutes before the Meeting begins. When scheduling a Meeting from the Desktop application, the Join button is available even if the meeting is setup for a different day. Could the join button be applied for the meetings scheduled from the Web as well as some of the meetings need to be started 10-15 minutes before they begin?
