Create a "Producer" role that has access to ALL features

Many virtual events now include a producer to manage polls, breakouts, assign privileges, control mics, manage whiteboards, etc. Not all features are accessible to the host and require taking over the presenter role and then handing it back. If there was a new role such as Producer with universal access, or if the Host had universal access, it would eliminate having to use a lot of "workarounds".
