Currently, only the WebexCalling App on Android devices has a button in the upper right corner of the directory. By pressing the button, a native phonebook screen is displayed. On the other hand, in the iOS app, the native addressbook is designed to search, which is different from Android. Why are the specifications different? Even though Android doesn't allow WebexCalling App access to the addressbook, users are confused by the fact that a negative addressbook screen is displayed when the button is pressed. Japanese users have pointed out that Webex Calling App is a privacy-insensitive product that displays a native addressbook screen without permission. I hope it will be changed to the same specifications as iOS in order to restore trust.
