Webex Calling App Ringback Tone Start Timing Change

Need to change specification to start Ringback Tone after making call to the Called Terminal/Call successfully. Reason: -to reduce the opportunity for callers to drop calls because they are not answered. -to reduce a case in which an incoming call processing is delayed due to a delay of a packet and the call is disconnected by misunderstanding that the call is not answered. We have received a lot of this feedback from Japanese users. It is essential point to sell Webex Calling service in the Japanese market
