When phone agents are part of several hunt groups it can becoming very difficult to determine if an incoming call is to the hunt group DID or if it's an internal call. We have many users that hover near their desk phones but are not right in front of them. Having a way to determine if an incoming call is external or internal would save time running back and forth to check every incoming call. All External calls need to be answered but not all internal calls need an immediate response.
We are currently evaluating this feature for future, but it is not on the immediate roadmap. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information. You can find additional information on Webex Calling Coming Soon as the release date approaches.
