I Need to disable Record button in the Webex meetings for the Host.

I will be triggering record/not record via our Application using CreateMeeting Rest API, but we dont want users controlling that in Webex Application. I was able to disable buttons in Video endpoints already using:
HideAll control in UserInterface, but now I need the same Webex Meeting Desktop or Browser Application.
