Ability to edit and/or delete Custom Status entries.

Currently up to 5 custom statuses can be created, but there is not an ability to edit or delete them. This feature request would allow for that functionality to change either the description of the status or the emoji and also allow for deletion.

still cannot edit an existing status in the list, I can only create a new one, I should have the ability to delete or edit a past custom status message.

How is this labeled as shipped? I still cannot edit an existing status in the list, I can only create a new one, and then it gets rid of one of the other statuses that I intended to keep, and then I have to recreate that one, which gets rid of one of my other standards, etc until I end up re-creating all 5 of my custom statuses just to fix a typo!

If Cisco intends to retire Jabber in favor of Webex, they need to first make sure the features in Jabber are also in Webex, and this is one of the most basic features in Jabber.

Dropping off is not the ability to delete or edit a past custom status message.
This should be a super easy win/fix.

All you have to do is type your new status and the other will fall off

I agree, I added a "At Meeting" in the green available list by accident, and now I can't delete it. Absurd. I Vote up to have edit/delete custom status entries.

I need the ability to delete a status. How do you do that?

We really need the ability to edit or delete the status!

The problem still going... you do a typo, and have to rewrite all the status again to get that off your status listing.
Its a bit absurd you not be able to fix a typo.

It's no sense to have a "Custom status" of "Busy" while your Presence icon stays Green

If possible implement the same as Jabber before where you could Availability status..

MS Teams does it perfectly well and is very intuitive for the users

100% agree... Deleteing a statuses should be a standard function to correct typography mistakes; remove very temporary ones you no longer need; and delete repeats (because your personalised Webex Teams statues on Mac and don't sync to your iPhone webex teams for some reason so you have to have to create status a second time to be able to set it on your phone. And then your Mac sees 2 custom statuses the same).

Note: Microsoft Teams and Zoom have this ability, so why is it not available on Cisco Webex?

I like the idea of being able to use coloured text too (as comment from Elana Schott below). This would be very helpful for those with a hidden disability for example. Colours could assist the undertanding of "Available" "Away" "Busy". However, not to complicate the matter, please fix the deleting part first and roll out the update asap.

    Thanks

    Voted.

Not able to modify text you type on a computer?? This is worse than a typewriter, at least you could use liquid paper to correct mistakes :)

The fact that one cannot edit/delete their statuses is absurd.
    This is a must-have feature.
Use case: I have a typo in the status, but now I am stuck with it and cannot fix it.

    Really??

The statuses (statii) roll off if you create enough new of them, as the create new replaces th oldest each time. That said, it's a pita, and it's silly as then you have to redo icons and such in bulk. Editing with colors (green available, yellow away, orange presenting, red do not disturb) woudl be very helpful. Voted
