Cannot send a batch of invitations to confirmed users

If there are 0 users in Control Hub who have not been confirmed to your organization, you cannot send bulk invitations. Confirmed users have not yet set their passwords, so they can send invitations individually. However, if only confirmed users are in the organization, it is not possible to send all invitations at once, which is not appropriate.

We request improvements so that only confirmed users can send invitations in bulk.
