The Collapse button in Webex app is missing

The Collapse button in Webex app is missing if there is no basic messaging license assigned

Currently to have the collapse button under Meetings tab in Webex the user needs to have assigned basic messaging license.

Users would like to have the ability to collapse the view on the ‘Meetings’ tab without the need of having assigned basic messaging license.
