Allow users or admins to choose if profile pics are displayed in meetings or not.

As it is one can only see the profile pics of the person who hosted the meeting and users in the host's org, while profile pics of users outside the host's org cannot be seen. I've been told this is for security purposes, but there's no way to change it and some customers want anyone to be able to see their picture regardless of who hosted the meeting. I think it would be useful if this was a setting that each user could set for themselves, or a setting admins could set and/or allow from Control Hub.
