Customers who have migrated from UC-One applications to Webex miss the Enterprise/Group Directory feature from the old applications. New customers would also benefit from the ability to see a listed directory.
Whilst searching for users is possible, and adding them to personal contacts one person at a time is possible, feedback from customers is that maintaining this type of personal contact lists for many users in their organisation is difficult. They also advise new starters in their companies do not always know the contacts to search for, this is where having a listed directory is highly beneficial.
First option would be to have a seperate directory listing of contacts for the broadworks Enterprise/Group, which lists all contacts on broadsoft, bonus points for including common phone list etc in the directory listing. The second alternative option would be to allow a csv import to personal contacts, which would allow customers to import a list of contacts that populates the personal Contacts. This would allow customer admins to send out a list to all employees so they can import a common list of contacts, rather than adding them one by one.
