Allow System Administrators to Assign Scheduling Permissions for Host

As a system administrator, I should be able to assign others under Scheduling Permissions for the host. If it could b added to the User's Profiles in System Administration with a quick lookup to select the scheduler(s).

    This would be really handy. Rather than interrupt half a dozen busy users to set permissions I could do it all for them :-)

    This is a real issue for our organization right now. I'm leaving the organization, and all of the recurring sessions I created right now (which we have posted on various websites and internal documentation) are now going to have broken links. Creating new links and populating them everywhere (form emails, Workday, website, newsletter) is going to be a nightmare.
