In WebEx it would be beneficial if we have the “Can’t hear you” button added to the bottom of the panel to notify the presenter if their audio drops out /poor quality . We can unmute and let them know but I have noticed lot of people don’t do that because of 2 reasons 1) It would be embarrassing to highlight the issue without knowing if your own internet connection is good 2) They are waiting for others to notify the presenter of the audio issues.
I know we have a button on the top right corner which shows the strength of your internet connectivity but lot of people either don’t know about it or it is not very intuitive
Potential Solution:Incorporate a quick / Intuitive button to notify the presenter . Participants would know if their own internet connection is good/average/bad with the colour of the button above before raising the issue . Thank you .
