Annotate with a chromebook using a pen instead of touch pad

Customer would like to have ability to annotate using stylus,pen, or using finger instead of using touchpad-mouse when he join from chromebook
there is no response when the customer used the touchscreen on the Chromebook, Whether with a stylus or the finger
