Hotkey for shared screen panning

Add a hotkey bind/toggle to allow panning of a shared screen instead of click and hold. Preferably a hotkey to hold and then when dragging with the mouse it pans the screen view instead of controlling the screen.


When controlling someone's screen the click-and-hold panning method interferes with rearranging windows and causes odd behavior.
