better placement for the "plus" - button

the "plus" - button gives access to very important actions ("call, schedule meeting, start meeting..".) but it´s somehow "hidden" between the search-bar and the back and forward buttons.

Perhaps a more prominent placement is possible?

    There's some work planned for the second half of 2022 that will move the plus button to a more logical location and make it contextual.
