Allow hidden participants who would only be able to listen but not to participate. In our company, we deliver training sessions to other clients. We are a team of people who prepare and deliver the trainings. Many times, we outnumber the client that feel intimidated and dont dare to ask questions, to engage, etc. Even though there will be only few people from our team presenting, we like to have all the team connected to listen, learn, take notes, etc. But it seems that so many people is discouraging and not appealing to the client. We do know meetings can be recorded but we would also love to have people able to join to listen only and do not appear in the participants list so that clients or other attendees do not feel intimidated or similar.
