Enable Automatic Closed Captioning in Space and 1:1 Meetings

Currently, automatic closed captioning only works in scheduled meetings and in a personal meeting room. Meetings created in Webex Spaces and 1:1 calls don't have this feature. With Webex and Webex Meetings now unified, please enable Auto Closed Captioning for all Webex meetings regardless of how they were initiated.
