Turn closed captions on or off with voice command in meeting rooms.

People who have hearing difficulties need to be able to easily enable closed captions. The current setup requires a meeting room user to enable Webex assistant and then enable closed captions from the touch panel. This is not user friendly and is not accessible for people with disabilities.
