Include Date and Time above all chat interactions (vs only ones that are more than a week old)

I often have to use chats as documentation. It useless for me to snip it when the chat only says the time a message was sent (if it's an interaction from today), or the time and day of the week (if it's a recent interaction). Older interactions display date & time. Please add this to all interactions.
