Our organization has the internal Service Desk number added as a "quick dial" on all Cisco desk phones. So users get that Speed Dial by default when they receive a desk phone. The ability to "provision" Contacts for Webex App users would be a big improvement versus thousands of our users each having to manually add the same Contact for softphone "speed dialing".
I'd like this ability too. Also I would like to provide a link that goes to our ticket system.
