Show hunt group name in missed call list

When an incoming call is ringing, you can also display the hunt group name to differentiate between direct calls to your extension and calls to a hunt group you are a member of. When looking at missed calls, you cannot differentiate between whether a call was direct or via a hunt group. Calls direct to your extension can be called back, but missed calls from a hunt group could have been answered by another hunt group member and so do not need a call back.

    We have the relevant information on the calls that identify where the call originated from.

    It shows as "Forwarded by <Call Queue/Hunt Group name>"
