Option to schedule the panelist invite prior

Option to schedule the panelist invite prior to the start time of the webinar

We schedule many webinars and the panelist invitation is automatically scheduled at the event start time. Can you please add an option for us to schedule the panelist invitation for 5,10,15,x mins early?

The reason is for important events we want the panelists to join x mins early to test their audio/video, talk about any final agenda items etc. As a workaround, we have to send a separate invitation for x mins early to all the panelists as a placeholder asking to join early.
