User Community Feedback

We have many digital events internationally with externals (customers, partners, etc,,) with Webex Meetings. Due to the security policy from IT department of many external companies their employees are not allowed to install the Webex Meetings app. Therefore we advise them just to use the option: Join from your browser of course.

We received a lot of feedback from the externals that it is not easy to find or user friendly to use the option: Join from your browser. 

Can this option be improved so the users (externals in our case) have a much better user experience from the browser to join Webex Meetings?

Cisco could you improve this option very soon so our customers and partners have the best experience to join our digital events from Webex Meetings?
